The design brief from Al Manara international jewellery required an efficiently designed office space which was motivational, encouraged employee collaboration, had better spatial quality and reflected its brands identity.
Keeping the brief in mind the space is designed to be ergonomic, Welcoming, vibrant and dynamic. The spatial plan is designed to keep similar functions together and allow maximum amount of open planning. A lounge and break area has also been introduced to encourage interaction and collaboration between employees. Strategically placed lighting elements and the open plan creates a welcoming space. To reflect the brands identity an Arabic flavour has been introduced such as screening elements allowing visibility and openness and Arabic patterns in the furniture. This also gives the office a luxurious feel creating a warm an inviting space which is also dynamic and comfortable for its inhabitants.
